We use the kitchen in the courtyard to prep snack (access using key card on lanyard) - All resources are kept in the 2 black trunks in the hall or in the outside shed. Children to wear bibs when they go outside as playground can be busy with other children from school/other clubs Staff personal belongings must be left in the kitchen Site bag must be locked in the outside shed with school keys kept in it so that we can unlock the school for the holiday club. Walkies, tablet and charger to be kept in the kitchen. First aid kit is located in the site bag which will be located on the benches in the hall (opposite to the ones the children put their bags on It will be brought outside if all
Set up includes a craft table, snack tables, quiet area with teddies, books and small world and construction toys, a den building area and space to run around. Club finishes at 5pm on fridays.
Children will be dropped off by their teachers at 3.30pm for the first session. Session 2 children will be dropped off at 4.00pm and session 3 at 5.00pm. Children will place belongings neatly on the benches by the door. Absences will be reported by the teachers OR check with the office/call home if this information has not been passed on. Children will have snack as soon as they arrive. They will wash hands, eat snack and wash up their own plates (children are arriving at different times so there will be 3 snack sessions) Children can play outside with an adult present.
