    As our business continues to grow at lightning speed, we are looking for a talented Client Marketing Success Manager to lead and grow our marketing services offering, from initial concept through go-to-market. This role combines customer success and service management, focusing on building strong relationships with high-ticket clients while overseeing the full lifecycle of service delivery.

    What You Will Do:

    • Lead the development and launch of new marketing services from ideation to go-to-market (GTM)
    • Manage and nurture relationships with high-value clients, ensuring exceptional service and satisfaction
    • Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, product, and delivery teams to align service offerings with client needs and company goals
    • Own the customer journey post-sale, driving adoption, retention, and growth opportunities
    • Develop scalable processes and workflows to support service delivery excellence
    • Monitor service performance metrics and client feedback to continuously improve quality and outcomes
    • Act as the primary escalation point for client concerns, resolving issues proactively and effectively
    • Provide strategic insights and regular reporting to internal stakeholders on client health and service success

    Requirements:

    • 2-3 years of experience
    • Native English speaker with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Proven experience managing premium or high-ticket clients in a service or customer success role
    • Strong project management and organizational skills with an ability to manage multiple priorities
