We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Book Promotion Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and managing book promotion campaigns across Amazon Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), and Google Ads. You will work behind the scenes to drive visibility and sales for a wide variety of books through creative and targeted advertising.

 

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

• Banner Creation: Design engaging and effective banners for book promotions using Canva or other online design tools.
• Campaign Management: Set up and manage book advertising campaigns on platforms like Amazon Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), and Google Ads.
• Campaign Optimization: Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and make necessary adjustments to ensure optimal results, such as higher engagement rates, lower costs, and increased conversions.
• Reporting: Generate and analyze detailed reports on campaign performance, including impressions, clicks, conversions, and overall return on investment (ROI).
• Behind-the-Scenes Role: This position does not require direct communication with authors. All work will be done in collaboration with the internal marketing team and other departments as needed.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Proven experience creating banners and digital ads using Canva or other similar online design tools.
• Proficient in managing advertising campaigns on Amazon Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), and Google Ads.
• Strong understanding of ad campaign optimization techniques and experience interpreting campaign performance metrics.
• Ability to generate clear, concise reports and provide insights for improvement.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple campaigns simultaneously.
• Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

PREFFERD SKILLS:

• Familiarity with the book publishing industry or digital marketing for books is a plus.
• Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization techniques.
