Judging and documentation:
Judges will evaluate your submission based on the contents of this case study form.
While you may provide additional supporting documentation to aid the judges, it should complement rather than replace the information in this form.

Images submission:
Images are required as part of the awards submission. Please include up to six high-resolution images by email, together with this form. Include both external and internal
images, where possible, to offer a comprehensive view of the building.

Use of submission information:
The information provided may be used by BRE for pre- and post-event BREEAM awards
publicity, as well as other marketing activities related to BREEAM. Although award
submissions are generally not made public, specific information may be extracted for
marketing purposes.
