    Timeline:

    Setup.........3:30-4:45 PM
    (Drop off supplies and repark, No Parking on Connecticut Ave. 4-7 PM)
    Market.......5:00-9:00 PM
    Strike........9:00-10:00 PM


    Parameters + Expectations:

    • Fee per market: $35.
    • Vendor participation is contingent on the signed agreement and payment completed 72 hours before the event starts.
    • Day of, space is first come, first serve
    • Vendors are expected to be set up 15 minutes before the event's start time.
    • Arriving to set up after the start time will not be accepted
    • Vendors are expected to stay for the entire event.
    • Vendors are responsible for managing their vehicles before, during, and after the event.
    • Vendors must drop-off their set-up and then park their car off of Connecticut Ave. NW.
    • Vendors must bring their own tent, chair, display rack, and/or other display and lighting set-up.
    • Vendors will not have access to electricity.
    • Space per vendor is 10x10; no tents larger than 10x10
    • This event will take place rain or shine. In case of extreme weather, the event will be rescheduled.


    Refund & Cancellation Policy:

    No refunds. We ask that non-emergent cancelations be sent to cpsmmarket@gmail.com at least 72 hours before the event.
