TCOD Winter Market Vendor Rules and Regulations
General Information
1. Market Hours: Vendors must be present from [4:00 p.m.] to [7:00 p.m.] on the market day.
2. Setup and Breakdown: Vendors may begin setup [4 hours] before the market opens and must clean their area before leaving.
3. Vendors will be provided a 10x10 booth space.
Vendor Conduct
4. Professional Behavior: Vendors are expected to act professionally and courteously towards customers and other vendors.
5. No Harassment: Any form of harassment or discrimination will not be tolerated.
Products and Sales
6. Approved Products: Only products approved by the market committee can be sold. All food products must meet health regulations.
7. Local Sourcing: Vendors are encouraged to use locally sourced ingredients/products whenever possible.
8. Pricing: All prices must be clearly displayed.
Health and Safety
9. Food Safety: Food vendors must adhere to all local health regulations, including proper food handling and storage.
10. Sanitation: Vendors must maintain a clean and sanitary workspace, including regular disposal of waste.
Space and Equipment
10. Space Assignments: Vendors will be assigned specific spaces and must remain within those boundaries.
11. Equipment: Vendors are responsible for providing their own tables, chairs, and other equipment. All equipment must be stable and safe.
12. Electricity: Vendors requiring electricity must notify the market committee in advance and will be charged an additional fee.
Insurance and Liability
14. Market Liability: The market is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged goods.
Compliance and Penalties
15. Compliance: Vendors must comply with all market rules. Failure to do so may result in removal from the market.
