Terms and Conditions Service Agreement

By booking a session, you agree to the terms set forth in this document and confirm that you understand the tutoring services provided.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. You may choose to reschedule your session or request a refund. Cancellations less than 24 hours prior to the session WILL NOT be refunded

Payment Terms: Payment is due at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed upon. Accepted payment methods will be specified during the booking process.

Session Duration: Each tutoring session will last for the duration agreed upon at the time of booking. Late arrivals will not extend the session time.

Confidentiality: All information shared during tutoring sessions will be kept confidential. Tutors will not disclose any personal or academic information without consent.
Responsibility for Materials: Clients are responsible for providing necessary materials (e.g., textbooks, assignments) for the tutoring sessions.

Code of Conduct: All clients and tutors are expected to maintain a respectful and professional demeanor during sessions. Disruptive behavior may result in the termination of services without a refund.

Liability Waiver: The tutoring service is not liable for any academic performance outcomes or damages resulting from the tutoring sessions.

Video Usage/Session Content Usage Waiver: Video clips, audio, and/or images from the sessions may be used in promotional material viewed by the public. No identifying information will be used without the consent of the adult student (18 or older) or the parent of a minor student
