Alectra Children's Holiday Party Registration

Event Information

The event is open to children and grandchildren of full-time Alectra employees (on Alectra payroll). 

Registration Details

Alectra employees may register themselves at a cost of $15.

You may bring one additional guest (older child, spouse, partner, family member or friend) at a cost of $15.

You may bring up to four children per household to attend the party for free.  Children are considered infant to Grade 8.

If you have additional adult guests that you would like to bring, you may register and pay for them at a cost of $30 each.

Guest #3 - $30

Children (Grade 8 & Under) - FREE (up to 4 per household).  If you have additional children in your household please email Jackie at alectraevents@alectra.com.

Children Grade 9 & Above

If you have a child who is Grade 9 and above, they may join the party as a Volunteer, or you can register and pay for them to enjoy the day as one of your guests.

Children's Toy Selections 

You may pick one toy per child attending.  Ages are approximate.  You are welcome to pick the toy that you think your child will enjoy the most, even if it is in a different age bracket. 

Please note these are our selected toys and if there are any unplanned supply chain or quantity issues a comparable toy will be gifted.

HOLIDAY CRAFT ROOM OR POWER PLAY CARDS

Each child may receive ONE. 

1.)  A ticket to the Holiday Craft Room where they will make a holiday craft (decorate a stocking, make a craft and build a stuffed animal).  This room is ideal for children 0 - 4.

OR

2.) A 200 chip Power Play Card that includes UNLIMIMTED blue light games during the party.

We recommend that if you have a child that would like to do both, or if you have a young child, register for the craft room and then purchase an additional Power Play Card so that they may enjoy both.  You may purchase an addtional Power Play Card below and recieve our discounted rate. 

                      

 

Guest Selections

Holiday Crafts Room or Play Cards

Please enter the total number of craft room tickets or play cards that you would like.  (1 selection per child)

Additional Power Play Cards

Alectra recieves a discount on Power Play cards.  If you would like to purchase additional cards for your children to enjoy the day of the party, or for holiday gifts, you may purchase up to 6 additional cards at a cost of $25.  These cards are valued at $35.

Dietary Restrictions

If anyone in your family requires a special meal, please indicate how many below.

Employee & Guest Registration

This section is to purchase your Employee and Guest tickets to the event. All tickets are donated the Million Dollar Smiles Charity.

If you are bringing guests to the event please click the check box and then enter the total quantity.  The registration form will automatically update your total for you.

If you are purchasing additional Power Play Cards, click the check box and enter the quantity.  A limit of 6 per household.
