I will provide a completed menu list with all pricing included with my application, and agree to adhere to the menu and pricing as submitted. (Handwritten menus will not be accepted.)
I will submit a current copy of our WV business license with my application.
I will submit proof of insurance with WVSF listed on the rider with my application.
I will include at least one strawberry menu item for the entire week (if you serve food, priority will be given to vendors with strawberry FOOD items over strawberry drinks).
I will complete inspections with the Health Department and Fire Marshall before opening.
I understand that WVSF reserves the right to select similar/duplicate vendors at their discretion to best serve the festival attendees.
