SFSS 2024 Annual General Meeting (AGM)

The SFSS AGM is your opportunity to get a more in-depth understanding of your Student Society and vote* on key issues affecting SFU student life. Stick around until the end of the meeting and you’ll be entered a draw to win amazing prizes as well!

*The SFSS Membership (yes, that includes you!) entrusts an elected Board of Directors (SFSS Council) to manage the Society on their behalf. However, the Societies Act, of which the SFSS is governed, requires that certain matters be approved by the Membership at the Annual General Meeting, as the Membership is the highest governing body of the Society.

Voting on Council E-Voting
Reviewing and Approving the SFSS’s Annual Report
Reviewing and Approving the SFSS’s Finance Report
Reviewing and Approving the SFSS's Financial Audit
Approving Next Year’s Auditor
