Work will not start until the commission is paid off entirely.
• As soon as you provide payment, then you cant refuse the commission, hence the money cant be refunded.
• Payment is provided only after full description of the order and provision of the necessary links
• You receive a full refund (or part of the work is done), if due to life situations we cant fulfill your order.
-YES, You can do a short payment plan for anything over $300 .. HOWEVER if anyone does a payment plan there’s a percentage I take at the start that is NON-REFUNDABLE. No more promising to claim a spot for something only to come back later to take back the money you already put out. I rely on these payments.
Do not rush me, because if you commissioned me, you'll know how your commission will turn out regardless of time.I always aim to complete commissions within a maximum of 1 to 4 months (mostly for animations) once I START, but please note they may vary depending on my workload at that time.Please consider that my estimated delivery times may vary.You can check my workload on Trello (Work Queue).
- You have a right to ask for a correction of the sketch. But if you say to change something considerable after the sketch is confirmed (like the pose, angle/ expression of the head, hands/legs/tail/background position, add something, etc.) more than 3 times, you'd pay for corrections $10 (because of the fee) for the each following correction. If I am working off of a textual description, please note that there is a risk in this. you will be provided what is the best visualized on my end as the artist.
I do NOT go back to change things after the piece is complete after it is confirmed to be all good to go.
- You may ask for a WIP at any time;
- Clients are to provide a flat ref sheet OR piece of the character that is clear for some kind for color accuracy.
-There may be a price change from the time that the client inquires about a commission and receives a quote. IF you happen to wait to commission to where my price changes due to complexity, demand for my art, and other circumstances, the price quoted may not stay the same.
