Thank you for your interest in applying for your event!

Please read this section prior to completing the application form.

Hornby Organic has a limited budget and can only sponsor a limited amount of events each month with donated or reduced price products.
Hornby Organic only sponsors Canadian events with in-kind donations.
Hornby Organic prioritized events that have a small budget to purchase our premium Energy Bars & Snack Bars at a significantly reduced rate.
Hornby Organic does not support events or groups with monetary donations.
We prioritize events that are doing good for people of the planet and align with our brand.
Hornby Organic only reviews applications once per month after the application deadline has passed. Example: For April Events we reveiw applications after February 1st. See chart below.

Please submit your application 2 Months Prior to your EVENT MONTH (see chart for deadlines).

Only successful applicants will be notified.

Events must provide at minimum a one week delivery window for your product to arrive at your specified shipping location. Single appointment times will not be accomodated. If a delivery appointment is missed we would need to have the opportunity to re-schedule (hence a week window is required).

Deliveries cannot occur on weekends.

For requests over 2000+ bars, your product will likely ship on a skid and we require that you be able to provide a business shipping address.

Section 3: Product Request

Hornby Organic prioritizes events that agree to distribute our bars through either a swag bag or at race registration/pick-up.

This ensures that each participant WILL receive one of the products that is dontated.

We also prioritize events that request 1 bar per participant and have a small budget to purchase our products at a heavily discounted rate. Some exceptions apply for multi-day events.

Hornby Organic donates our most popular flavours to events!

*Please note that these popular flavours contain peanuts and/or sesame.

We ensure that we send each event a small percentage of product that is from our seed-butter based flavours to allow more options for your participants who may have allergies to the above mentioned priority allergens.

Luckily Hornby Organic bars are all Gluten-Free, Dairy-Free and Soy-Free!

*Sometimes the flavours mix will be adjusted based on current stock volumes in our facility.

*We require that events give participants an entire bar (bar to remain in its packaging). This reduces any allergen or food safety risks.

Section 4: Agreement Details
Some of our minimum expectations for providing donated Hornby Organic products for your event would be:
- Recognize Hornby Organic as a valued sponsor.
- Display Hornby Organic Logo on event website.
- Include Hornby Organic Logo on Race Jerseys and Event Signage.
- 2 Social Media Shout-outs tagging @hornbyorganic (We can provide your event with stock imagery for these posts).
- Recognize Hornby Organic in pre and/or post event emails to participants and attendees (Email copy can be provided).
- Display Hornby Organic Signage, Flags or Banners at event (if provided by Hornby Organic).
- Provide Hornby Organic with a minimum of 3-5 images taken at your event that include Hornby Organic product or signage displayed at the event.
  - Example Photos: Participant enjoying a Hornby Organic bar, Hornby Organic Bars on display at the event, Hornby Organic Flags on display at the event, photo of the Swag Bag with bar included.
