  • Thank you for your interest in presenting for THCA/TNCAL. This form may be used to submit your proposal information and outlinbe for consideration.

    Due to the number of submissions we receive, we will only contact the presenters whose submissions were chosen. If your submission was not chosen, we will keep it on file for one year.

    Please note that all proposals will be reviewed internally and are due by April 10, 2026.

  • Speaker Agreements to be provided upon agreement, however, please note:

    • Speakers understand the THCA/TNCAL educational programs are not platforms for selling products or services. Overt sales pitches will not be welcome or tolerated.
    • All presenters selected for the 2026 Annual Convention agree to provide the presentation slides in both Powerpoint & PDF versions by July 27, 2026.
    • THCA/TNCAL will manage the application process for CEUs - presenters are not responsible for the process.

    Speaker Expenses/Honoraria:

    • The association selects speakers who share their expertise for the overall benefit of the long-term care profession. THCA/TNCAL does not pay per diem, honoraria or expenses through the “Call for Presentations” however, the convention registration fee is waived for all speakers and there is significant industry exposure for the company. The registration fee includes attendance at all other sessions and events during the convention, and entrance to the trade show during general hours.
