At Warriors Walk, we are dedicated to making the Walk a meaningful experience of healing and remembrance for every participant and supporter. We are honored to offer family members and friends the opportunity to memorialize their Veteran, lost to suicide, along the Memorial Mile on the day of the Ruck March. Through our Stand Against the Silence program, in collaboration with Clemmons Designs, family and friends who are attending the march can receive a set of dog tags in remembrance of their Veteran.
This program is ***COMPLETELY FREE***

Disclaimer
The Stand Against the Silence program is not a fundraising initiative for Veteran suicide prevention. Warriors Walk does not profit in any way from this program. This initiative is exclusively for honoring Veterans lost to suicide. Donations to keep this program running would be greatly appreciated.
Dog tags will be distributed at the registration tent on the morning of the march. If the applicant is unable to attend, Warriors Walk will place the tags along the Memorial Mile on their behalf. The applicant is asked to place one dog tag on a designated hanger along the Memorial Mile. The second dog tag is gifted to the applicant and will remain in their possession. If not in attendance, the Warriors Walk will not mail the remaining dog tag to the applicant. The dog tag must be given in person to the applicant which can be arraigned through our “contact us” section.
Warriors Walk asks the applicant that we be allowed to collect and maintain the Memorial Mile Tag from the hanger after the Walk. This will ensure the Veteran’s continued remembrance at future Walks for years to come. If a tag in our care becomes unserviceable, we will immediately remove it from display and offer the applicant the option to retrieve it. A replacement tag will be provided at no cost to the applicant.
By applying, you confirm that you are a direct family member, acquaintance, or fellow service member of the Veteran. You also acknowledge that you have obtained consent from all parties with a vested interest in honoring the Veteran through this program.
While Warriors Walk will make every effort to verify submitted information, we are not a government agency and do not have third-party verification agreements. We are not financially responsible for any errors, misinformation, or requested changes after production. Additionally, Warriors Walk reserves the right to remove a Veteran’s Memorial Dog Tag from display if a substantiated dispute arises regarding its production or placement.
