CANCELLATION POLICY:
We understand that circumstances arise, and you may need to change or cancel your appointment. To ensure fairness for all clients, Tones By Tess has implemented the following policy: Cancellations made within 48 hours of your scheduled appointment will incur a 25% cancellation fee. Cancellations made within 24 hours will incur a 50% fee. If you need to cancel or reschedule after the 48-hour window, please contact Tones By Tess at (954) 282-1482 or tonesbytess@gmail.com at your earliest convenience.
SERVICE ADJUSTMENT POLICY:
All service sales are final. Your satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your service, we are happy to make necessary adjustments within 7 days of your appointment, as long as it falls within the original consultation and agreed-upon goals. Please note that any changes outside this timeframe will require a new service at the full price.
