We are honored to partner with you in developing young men of character, leadership, and purpose.Young Dreamers International is an active, year-round leadership and mentoring program. Our goal is to expose our young men to experiences that build confidence, leadership skills, and lifelong success.Parent/Guardian ExpectationsActive ParticipationWe encourage consistent participation in meetings, leadership activities, community service projects, educational trips, and special events throughout the year. The more involved a young man is, the more opportunities he will have to learn, grow, and develop as a leader.Community ServiceOur young men actively serve their communities through a variety of service projects. We believe serving others develops compassion, responsibility, leadership, and strong character.Real-World ExperiencesWhile guest speakers and mentors provide valuable wisdom and encouragement, we believe one of the greatest gifts we can give our young men is hands-on experience.Throughout the year, participants may have opportunities to:Visit colleges and universitiesTour businesses and government agenciesMeet community leaders and elected officialsAttend leadership conferencesParticipate in career explorationLearn financial literacy and entrepreneurshipTravel to educational and cultural destinationsParticipate in civic engagement activitiesComplete meaningful community service projectsThese experiences help our young men build confidence, expand their perspectives, and discover new possibilities for their future.Community Service HoursMany of our service projects provide opportunities for students to earn community service hours, which may satisfy volunteer service requirements for high school graduation, scholarship applications, college admissions, and other leadership programs.Parent PartnershipWe believe the greatest impact happens when parents, guardians, and mentors work together.
