Mary Mother of God Parish seeks to honor all parishioners who are military veterans or currently serving on
active duty in our Armed Forces at our

Veteran's Mass

Sunday, November 10th

At 12:00PM, followed by

a luncheon in Holy Spirit Hall

We would like to request two photos of you submitted no later than October 30th:

THE FIRST ONE: of you in uniform while on active duty

THE SECOND ONE: a recent photo of you

If you attended the Veteran's Mass and luncheon last year and already submitted photos, we will use those.

Spouses of deceased veterans are also welcome to submit photos and attend.

You may upload the photos at the bottom of this form, or you may drop them by the parish office.

Please note, photos will not be returned as we use them to honor our veterans at other events as well.
