• 2025 Spring Seedling Order Form

    Seedlings, supplies, & grass ordered through this form will be available for pick up in Granby, Kremmling, or Frisco between May 22-May 26, 2025 (Memorial Day Weekend). PLEASE PLAN TO PICK UP DURING THIS TIME OR ARRANGE FOR A FRIEND TO PICK UP FOR YOU.

  • We will be working with OneCanopy Nursery in Loveland this year.  We worked with OneCanopy iin 2023 as well. OneCanopy offers many of the species we have historically offered through the CSFS Nursery, but there are a couple differences...

    1) The tubes are smaller than the CSFS Nursery's tubes. OneCanopy tubes are 10 cubic inches whereas the CSFS tubes are 16 cubic inches. 

    2) Seedlings are sold in lots of 25 for a single species.  I am allowing landowners to purchase "mixed bags" of 20 seedlings where you can choose 20 of one species or two different species of 10 each. However, the cost of a mixed bag of 20 will cost the same as a single lot of 25 due to the time it takes to split lots up.

  • ALL buyers agree to the following TERMS & CONDITIONS OF SALE Tree Seedlings & Perennials Nursery stock is to be used for conservation purposes only (e.g. Reforesting burned areas, Enhancing wildlife habitat, Reducing soil erosion, Protecting water supplies, and Serving as living snow fences that provide protection from wind and snow.) Successful grass seeding is more an art than a chance encounter. Seeding success often requires a healthy dose of persistence, patience, and perseverance.     There is only one size of container this year: 10-cubic-inch tubes - 7 inches tall. 

    Lot of 25 single species - $90 (price includes tax)

    Lot of 20 mixed bag (2 species, 10 each) - $90 (price includes tax)

    If you buy 125 or more, you will get a 5% discount on your seedlings!

    There are several species that are listed as "WAITLIST".  You can add these to your form, but I will not be able to verify availability until closer to delivery.  I will NOT ask for payment on these items until I verify if I can get them or not.  

  • Selection of Single Species Lots of 25 for $90

  • For this section, you are purchasing lots of 25 trees of a single species...no mixed bags.  If you enter 1 next to any given line, it equals 25 trees.  

    Example: If you want 25 Aspen, you would enter 1 in the aspen line.  In this case, your total is $90. 

    If you want 25 Aspen, 50 Doug Fir, and 75 Chokecherry, you would enter 1 for Aspen, 2 for Doug Fir, and 3 for Chokecherry.  Your total in this situation is $540. 

    There are several species that are listed as "WAITLIST". You can add these to your form, but I will not be able to verify availability until closer to delivery. I will NOT ask for payment on these items until I verify if I can get them or not.

  • Selection of 20 Trees for $90

    Mixed bag of 2 species (10 trees each)allowed.

  • For this section, YOU MAY SELECT 1 SPECIES OF 20 TREES OR 2 DIFFERENT SPECIES of 10 TREES EACH. The sums of selections must be divisible by 20 (i.e. 20, 40, 60, 80, 100). You cannot have sums equal to 30, 50, 70, 90, etc.

    Example: If you want a a total of 20 trees that is a combo of 10 Aspen and 10 Blue Spruce, you would enter 1 for the Aspen line and 1 for the Blue Spruce line. In this case, your total is $90.

    If you want just 20 Aspen, you would put enter 2 in the Aspen line.  Your total is $90.

    If you want 40 trees that is a combo of 20 Aspen, 10 Doug Fir, and 10 Chokecherry, you would enter 2 for Aspen, 1 for Doug Fir, and 1 for Chokecherry.  Your total in this situation is $180. 

    You cannot have 5 Aspen, 10 Blue Spruce, and 5 Engelmann Spruces, as a Mixed bag is 2 species of 10 each. 

    Likewise, you cannot get 10 Aspen, 10 Rose, and 10 Serviceberry because that adds up to 30, not 20 or 40. You would have to add 10 more of something to make it 40.
