St. Landry Teen Money Matters: Financial Literacy Workshop & Business Pitch Competition

The Legacy Institute for Economic Attainment, in partnership with Chase Bank and Southern University Ag Center, will be conducting a three day financial literacy and entrepreneurship workshop, which will conclude in a business pitch competition on the final day. Up to $1500 in startup funding will be awarded, with the winners of the pitch competition receiving up to $500 to jumpstart their business idea.
Heading
The workshops will be held on November 11th, 12th and 14th from 5:30-7:30pm at the Southern Ag Center (1209 Diesi St, Opelousas, LA 70570). The pitch competition will be held during the November 14th session, which parents are invited to attend.
