REPAIR SERVICE AGREEMENT

  • 1. SERVICE TERMS

    The customer agrees to allow 4TMRepairs to inspect, troubleshoot, and repair the above device. The customer understands that the shop will make every effort to fix the device as described. However, repair times and outcomes are not guaranteed and may be subject to parts availability and unforeseen technical difficulties.

    2. DIAGNOSTIC FEES

    The shop charges a diagnostic fee of $45. This fee will be waived if the customer agrees to proceed with the repair service. If the customer chooses not to proceed with repairs after diagnosis, the fee will still apply and must be paid before the device is returned.

    3. ESTIMATES AND AUTHORIZATION

    The shop will contact you and provide an estimate for repair costs after diagnosing the device.

    However, if you would like you may set a price below that you are okay approving any repairs up to. This means the technician will proceed with the repair without contact, should the cost of repair be lower than the price you set below. Doing so can help get your repair completed faster as no time will have to be spent awaiting approval.

  • 4. DATA LOSS &  LIMITATION OF LIABILITY 

    The customer understands that during the course of repair, data loss or corruption may occur. The customer is responsible for backing up all data prior to repair. 4TMRepairs will not be liable for any loss of data, software, or applications during the repair process.

    In no event shall 4TMRepairs be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of profits or inability to use the device.

    5. REPAIR WARRANTY

    4TMRepairs offers a 90-day warranty on labor and a 1 year warranty on replaced parts, starting from the date of service completion. This warranty covers only the specific issues and components repaired. It does not cover new problems that arise after the repair, nor does it cover damage due to misuse, accidental damage, or further tampering.

    6. UNCLAIMED DEVICES

    Devices not paid for within 30 days of notification of completion may be considered abandoned. After 60 days, the shop reserves the right to dispose of or sell unclaimed devices to cover any outstanding charges.

    Payment for services and parts is due upon completion of the repair. The shop accepts Venmo, PayPal, Cash App, and Debit Cards as forms of payment.

  • 7. SHIPPING INFORMATION 

    YOU are responsible for shipping the device to us. Please ensure to securely package the contents of your box to ensure no damage is done to the device during shipping. 

    We will NOT charge you for return shipping as this is accounted for on our end with all provided quotes.
