  • Damage and Liability Waiver
    By requesting a post-storm inspection through Paypixl, the homeowner (hereafter referred to as "Client") agrees to the following terms and conditions:

    1. Permission to Access Property
    The Client grants Paypixl and its inspectors permission to access all exterior areas of the property, including but not limited to front yards, side yards, and backyards, even if they are fenced in. Inspectors will not enter the interior of any structures during the inspection. The inspection will be limited to the exterior of the property only.

    2. Inspection Conditions
    Paypixl inspectors will make reasonable efforts to conduct a thorough inspection of the exterior of the Client's property. However, the Client understands that hazards such as debris, downed trees, and other unforeseen conditions may prevent access to certain areas of the property. In such cases, inspectors will assess accessible areas to the best of their ability. No liability is assumed for any areas that cannot be accessed due to safety concerns or hazardous conditions.

    3. Non-Refundable Purchase
    Once the inspection order is fulfilled, the Client agrees that the purchase is non-refundable. An inspection may be marked as fulfilled even if the imagery has not yet been uploaded due to limited cell phone service or internet access in storm-affected areas. In such instances, Paypixl will upload the captured images as soon as service allows. The Client understands and agrees that delays in uploading imagery due to poor connectivity do not constitute a failure to fulfill the inspection order.

    4. Limitation of Liability
    Paypixl and its inspectors shall not be held liable for any damage or loss that occurs as a result of the inspection, including but not limited to damage caused by storm debris, weather conditions, or other hazardous circumstances present during the inspection. The Client acknowledges and accepts the inherent risks associated with inspections conducted in the aftermath of a storm.

    5. Indemnification
    The Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Paypixl, its employees, agents, and contractors from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses (including attorney’s fees) arising from or related to the inspection or the conditions present on the property at the time of the inspection.

    6. No Guarantee of Service Delivery
    Paypixl will make every reasonable effort to conduct and fulfill the inspection as promptly as possible. However, the Client acknowledges that service may be delayed or unavailable due to unpredictable conditions following a major storm. Paypixl does not guarantee a specific time frame for completion of the inspection or the delivery of imagery.

    By requesting an inspection through Paypixl, the Client acknowledges and agrees to the terms of this waiver.
