Thank you for buying tickets to Boardmasters Festival 2025!

Boardmasters Festival is an event that welcomes everyone and should be accessible for all.

Please read the following information carefully before submitting your application.

 

Temporary Impairments

Please be aware that our accessible facilities are unable to accommodate temporary impairments - conditions affecting an individual for less than 12 months, such as broken bones, healing wounds or pregnancy. If you have a temporary impairment, please keep in mind that navigating Boardmasters Festival requires significant walking.

Make sure you have your ID number from either your Nimbus Access Card or Boardmasters Digital Access Pass. Ensure that the details you provide match your card and your festival ticket. 

One form should be submitted per paying access customer, duplicates will not be considered.

 

Don't have a Nimbus Access Card? 

You will need to register for either a Nimbus Access Card or Boardmasters Digital Access Pass before completing this form, click here to apply.

Select from either a free Boardmasters Digital Access Pass, or upgrade to a Nimbus Access Card for £15. Both are issued by the Nimbus Disability team, but the Nimbus Access Card is valid for 3-years to use across live music venues, events, and tourist attractions across the UK and beyond!

 

Already have a Nimbus Access Card? 

Have your Nimbus ID number ready, plus your ticket booking reference and fill out the rest of this form. 

 

Applications close on Monday 21st July 2025. 

Accessibility requests are handled case-by-case due to the site’s natural limitations and capacity constraints. While we strive to make the festival as inclusive as possible, some aspects of the terrain and infrastructure may impact what can be accommodated. We encourage attendees with accessibility needs to reach out to us in advance to discuss their specific requirements, so we can work together to provide the best possible experience.

Please note: We are a small team and will begin to review applications from February 2025 so don't worry if you haven't heard from us until then.  

 

Access to the following facilities is subject to prior approval by Nimbus as part of the registration process: 

• PA/ Companion Ticket (at no additional cost)
• Accessible Viewing Platforms & Areas
• Accessible Queuing Lanes 
• Access Routes
• Accessible Toilets 
• Assistance Dog

If you have been identified as needing one of these facilities, you will automatically be approved for their use by the accessibility team once you have completed your application. 

Access to our general campsites is included in Weekend camping festival tickets only. 

If you have purchased one of our accommodation add-ons (Pre-Pitched, Boutique or Live-in Pass), you can request to pitch up in the accessible camping field. 

Please note: This must be requested in advance, unfortunately we are unable to fulfil these on the day.  

Accessible Parking Pass 

With this pass, you will have access to a dedicated Accessible Car Park onsite. This is located next to the accessible campsite. 

 

Blue Badge holder OR Have a Level-Access symbol on your Nimbus ID? 

Accessible parking passes are free to Blue Badge holders and customers with Level Access requirements, indicated by a wheelchair symbol on your Nimbus ID. Complete the following section of the form to let us know about your requirements. 

 

For all other accessible car park requests, you will need to have purchased one of our parking passes either Premium Onsite Parking or General Parking (Park & Ride) before requesting to park here.

Please note: Accessible car parking spaces are limited and operate on a first-come, first-serve basis for approval. If your request has not been approved, please revert to your purchased parking pass location. 

 

Terms: 

• Accessible parking is limited to 1 parking pass per accessible customer. 
• Blue badge holders do not automatically qualify for accessible parking, this must be requested via the following section of the form. 
• If you have purchased a festival ticket which includes a complimentary parking pass, you will need to manually add this to your existing order (at no additional cost). Once confirmed, complete the following section of this form. 
• By way of clarification, friends and family arriving in separate vehicles will not be able to park in the accessible car park and will need to park in the general car parks. 

We will then send you an accessible car parking pass closer to the festival date.

If you need to bring any of the following prohibited items due to a medical requirements, please tick the appropriate box and provide additional info below. 

All authorisations for prohibited items will be dealt with on a case by case basis.

Our dedicated Boardmasters Festival accessibiity team will collect and use your information solely for the purpose of facilitiating accessibility at the event. 

Where your information will be stored: 

All information you share with us is treaated as confidential and will be stored securely to protect your privacy. This data is used only as necessary for your accessibility assessment at Boardmasters Festival. 

Fair Processing Statement: 

By submitting this form, you agree that Boardmasters Festival may collect, hold, and process your information to support your application for accessible facilities. If you opt into our accessibility database, we may retain your information to contact you in future with regards to accessibility at the festival.
