    Welcome to Teleperformance! On behalf of TPUSA, Inc. ("Teleperformance" or the "Company"), I would like to express our excitement in having you join us in the position of Representative, working from Texarkana AR. This document serves as your formal offer of employment and supersedes any and all previous offers. Please review the terms and conditions below and contact April Jefferson with any questions.

    Compensation: You will be paid USD $21.00 per hour during training and USD $21.00/Hr. per hour upon the completion of training as you move into production. Your wages will be payable twice monthly in accordance with the Company's standard payroll practices and policies and will be subject to applicable taxes and withholdings as required or permitted by law (including insurance premiums for benefits, as applicable All work performed between the 1st of the month and the 15th of the month will be paid on the 22nd of the month. All work performed between the 16th of the month and end of the month will be paid on the 7th of the following month.

    As discussed, your anticipated start date is October 7, 2024 ("Start Date"

    Beginning on your Start Date, you will be eligible to accrue paid time off ("PTO") at the rate specified by the Company's current PTO policies. On the first day of the month following 60 days of employment (not to exceed 90 days), you will have access to a group health insurance plan, the specific details of which can be obtained from the human resources department based on your individual situation. Enrollment for benefits is required prior to that date. In addition, you will be eligible to participate in Teleperformance's 401(k) plan on the first day of the quarter following 90 days of employment.

    At-Will Employment: Your employment with Teleperformance will be and at all times shall remain "at-will". This means your employment may be terminated or you may choose to leave your employment at any time with or without cause, and with or without prior notice. This letter shall not be considered a contract of employment for any specific term, and it does not create an express or implied contract of employment. Nothing in this letter changes the at-will nature of your employment, which can only be changed in writing, signed by the Company's CEO.

    As a Teleperformance employee, you are required to personally perform your own job duties and you are prohibited from subcontracting with anyone else to perform them. You are expected to perform your job duties in your private residence located at your home address on record with the Company. In the event your home address changes, you must promptly notify your supervisor and update your employment records. As an at-home worker, in order to maintain continuous employment with the Company, you will be required to notify and receive approval from the Corporate Human Resources department prior to relocating to another state.
