  • Registration Entry Fee Pricing

Pricing is up to you as the tournament host. Some things to consider when developing your pricing structure are bundles, prize pool implications, etc.

  • Prize Pool Information

You can represent this in a variety of ways. The WATL and WKTL minimum is 50% of entry fees, but those intending to host Nationals should be making efforts to obtain sponsorship and adding cash to that total.

The simplest way would be 50% + any added cash, though you might also say a higher percentage of entry fees.

    Answer questions such as:

    • What is your minimum added cash amount?
    • If scaling to more than 50%, do you have a minimum guaranteed payout amount?
    • How will you disperse added cash between the disciplines?
  • Tournament Host requirements:

    • If above the WATL/WKTL set minimum, I agree that payouts will follow what I advertise to the public.
    • I agree to respond to all communications from WATL/WKTL within 3 business days regarding my tournament.
    • I agree to organize all roster information as requested by WATL/WKTL.
    • I agree to review of WATL Tournament Guide.
    • I understand that seeding must be done 72 hours in advance of the tournament start and I will provide a complete and organized roster to WATL for seeding.
      • I also understand that errors in the roster could lead to incorrect brackets and it is not WATL's responsibility to fix it if it is not caught before brackets are posted live.
      • I agree to check all Player and Team IDs to ensure the information is correct.
    • I agree to follow the registration posting schedule that WATL will set forth
      • Not posting during black out dates, not opening registrations before my scheduled date, etc.
    • I agree to follow WATL's recommendation regarding how many brackets to run depending on the size of my venue, number of throwers, and schedule.
