New York State Public High School Athletic Association Hall of Fame

The NYSPHSAA Hall of Fame is organized as a means of recognizing, preserving, and promoting the heritage of interscholastic sports in New York State. Many individuals have made extraordinary contributions and have had superb accomplishments in high school sports. The NYSPHSAA Hall of Fame honors the contributions and accomplishments of these individuals who are worthy of statewide recognition.
Recommendation for Future Consideration

Nominees are not eligible for Hall of Fame nomination until they are 35 years old. The purpose of this form is to inform our committee of potential athlete candidates that should be considered in the future.

At the time of formal nomination, a minimum of 5 supporting items will be required as part of the application. If you would like to attach any number of materials as part of this future recommendation form, they will be counted towards the 5 item minimum when the formal nomination is submitted.
