Notary 101 Workshop Registration
Payment must be made in advance to secure your spot on the class list. Refunds are ONLY available if you cancel prior to the class date. If you miss the class, your registration will be carried over to the next scheduled session. Fee for class may change. Check you email or website for class updates. Organization (where do you work?) Requirements states you must be employed, but it is not mandatory. If you are unemployed, you will have the chance to explain why you want to become a Notary.

💲 The Notary Public Workshop fee is $75, which includes lunch/dinner, a certificate of participation, and your notarized application to be mailed to the State of Massachusetts for approval. Please note: We do not certify you to become a notary—only the Commonwealth of Massachusetts can approve and appoint notaries after reviewing your application and receiving your $60 state filing fee. While some sessions offer a guaranteed attorney signature, this is not included in every class. If a signature is not provided during the class, the facilitator can obtain the attorney’s signature after the session and mail your application on your behalf. ➤ Arrangements must be made in advance with the facilitator. Classes that include guaranteed attorney signatures will be clearly labeled, and only the first specified number of paid registrations will be eligible for that benefit.

Please note that not all applications will be signed by an attorney during the class session. However, the facilitator can arrange to obtain the attorney's signature after the class and mail the completed application directly to the State. Participants interested in this service must coordinate directly with the facilitator to make appropriate arrangements in advance.
