Use this form to submit any requests for media services.

Please submit this form at least 2 weeks before the event to ensure adequate preparation time. We cannot guarantee the media team will be available for last-minute requests.

NOTE: If your event/program will be live-streamed, you will need a YouTube thumbnail designed. This takes 5-7 days minimum so please give enough time for the design to be completed.
