NO SHOW AND CANCELLATION POLICY
A credit card is required on file to book an appointment at Tomi Girl.
We understand canceling can be uncomfortable for some, so please keep in mind that you never have to explain yourself or give an excuse for canceling your appointment. You just have to notify your stylist as soon as you can with a quick message that says “Hey, can’t make it.” and we will go from there.
You will receive a text reminder as soon as your appointment is booked as well as a reminder 24 hours before your appointment. If you do not recieve that automated text message then you may not have an appointment so please contact your stylist directly if you have any questions. If you wish to cancel or reschedule, please contact your stylist immediately through text message or instagram message.
You must give a minimum of 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. If you do not give a proper notice that will be considered a last minute cancellation and you will be charged 50% of the scheduled services. If you no call/no show your appointment you will automatically be charged 100% of your scheduled services.
REFUND AND ADJUSTMENT POLICY
We take pride in the quality of our work and want to ensure you're satisfied with your service. If you have any concerns about your hair after your appointment, please reach out to us within 7 days of your service. We'll gladly schedule a complimentary adjustment appointment to make things right.
Because we stand behind our work, we kindly ask that you give our team the opportunity to address any concerns directly. If another stylist or salon performs additional services before we have the chance to assess and correct any potential issue, you will no longer be eligible for a refund or any adjustments.
Please note that service fees are non-refundable. Adjustments and refunds are not provided in cases where a guest has simply changed their mind about the look, length, or color they originally requested. Should you change your mind and want something different than what was originally agreed upon, please reach out and we can schedule an appointment!
HAIR EXTENSION POLICY

All hair extension purchases and services are non-refundable. Once the hair has been opened from its original packaging it cannot be returned, exchanged or credited. The Tomi Girl Salon is not responsible for the condition, performance, or longevity of the extension hair after installation. Each brand and batch may vary in texture, tone and wear over time.
Proper home care and maintenance are essential for keeping your extensions in good condition. Your stylist will provide care instructions and failure to follow them may affect the results or lifespan of your extensions.
