NO SHOW AND CANCELLATION POLICY
A credit card is required on file to reserve an appointment at Tomi Girl.
Before we jump into the details of the Tomi Girl policy, we understand canceling can be uncomfortable for some, so please keep in mind that you never have to explain yourself or give an excuse for canceling your appointment. You just have to notify your stylist as soon as you can with a quick message that says “Hey, can’t make it.” and we will go from there.
You will receive a text reminder as soon as your appointment is booked. If you do not recieve that automated text message then you may not have an appointment so please contact your stylist directly if you have any concerns or questions. You will also recieve a text reminder 24 hours before your appointment from the booking system- Square. If you wish to cancel or reschedule, please contact your stylist immediately through text message or instagram message.
That being said, if you cancel your appointment after 7pm the day before your appointment that will be considered a last minute cancelation and you will be charged 75% of the scheduled services. If you no call/no show your appointment you will automatically be charged 100% of your scheduled services.
