I understand that this is a request to freeze or cancel membership and that the club's policy as outlined in the contract in-regard to cancellations and freezes determine the finalization of any membership changes. Freezes require a (7) day notice in advance of the upcoming billing date and cancellations serve as a 30 day notice. With all cancellations, your membership will remain active for (1) month after your final billing date. A member of our Member Experience Team will reach out to confirm confirmation of received request and finalize all requests. If you do not hear back from our team within (2) business days, please reach out to us via email at info@fitconcepts.net or by phone at 978-630-5114 to ensure that we have record of your request.
