HOW TO ORDER NAILS

2. Once you have filled out the form I will contact you via your preferred way, the message will include:
   1. If I am able to create your design
   2. The cost of your design (in GBP not including P&P)
   3. Any additional info/questions that is specific to your design/ideas
   4. How to complete your order

Your custom design can be as simple or as complicated as you want.

I am happy to recreate designs that you have found from other artists, or I can create a custom design.
When filling the form out you can send me a mood board or inspo images. We can discuss this further when I message you to bring your design to life.

When designing, your budget will be kept in mind. I won't start working on your set until you have approved the sketch, which depending on how busy I am I’ll need at least 1-2 days to complete.

HOW TO MEASURE YOUR NAILS

Sizing kit

The most accurate way to size your nails is to purchase a nail sizing kit for £5 from here!

Measure your nails with tape and a ruler (second most accurate)

1. Place transparent tape over the nail
2. Press down on both side walls to crease
3. Use a pen to mark both sides
4. Carefully remove the tape from the nail
5. Place tape on a flat surface and measure in millimetres
6. Write down each size and repeat these steps for each nail. You must measure both hands separately, for the most accurate result measure twice to be sure. 
7. Once you have all your sizes use the chart below to refer to for your press-on size
8. Write down the press-on size for each nail
9. If you are in between sizes or not sure, size up

Measure your nails with a penny (third most accurate)

1. Take a picture of your hand next to a coin
2. Take a picture of your thumb next to a coin
3. Repeat with both hands and make sure the images are focused and in good light
4. Send me a DM on Instagram or an Email, include the images and what shape/size nails you want and I will send you your nail sizes

I can not guarantee this method will be accurate so I suggest doing the first two methods over the coin method if you have time.

HOW TO APPLY

1. Trim your nails and remove any old nail polish from your natural nails
2. Wash your hands
3. Gently push back cuticles
4. Buff the surface of your nails to remove all shine 
5. Clean nails with an alcohol wipe
6. For short-term wear,
   1. Apply a sticky tab on each of your nails
   2. Find a size that covers the natural nail 
   3. Take plastic film off, one hand at a time
   4. Apply press on firmly at a 45-degree angle, from base to cuticle
   5. Hold for 30 seconds
   6. Avoid water for 30 mins - 1 hour 
   7. Sticky tabs are more likely to come off if they get wet
7. For long-term wear,
   1. Do one nail at a time
   2. Apply a generous amount of glue to the natural nail and press on
   3. Apply press on firmly at a 45-degree angle, from base to cuticle
   4. Hold for 30 seconds
   5. Wipe away any glue that may have seeped out
   6. Avoid water for 30 mins - 1 hour
8. For naturally flat nails,
   1. Follow short-term instructions 1-3
   2. Dab glue on top of the tabs (do one nail at a time)
   3. Apply press on firmly at a 45-degree angle, from base to cuticle
   4. Hold for 30 seconds
   5. Wipe away any glue that may have seeped out
   6. Avoid water for 30 mins - 1 hour

Your nails will last anywhere between 1-4 weeks when applied as instructed. Taking care of your nails goes a long way.

No soaking hands in water for long periods of time, wear gloves when washing dishes/working with chemicals, and do NOT use your nails as tools.

For long-lasting results, apply before bed so they have time to set. If you are in a rush, apply and avoid water for 30 mins to 1 hour.

To reapply, buff/etch with a file underneath the nails to remove the previous glue. TIP: You can buy a cheap e-file on Amazon to etch the inside of each nail.

HOW TO REMOVE

1. Fill a bowl with warm water and a drop of dish soap
2. Apply oil to the cuticle area
3. Soak nails for 10-15 minutes 
4. Gently push the press-on nail away from your cuticle using your cuticle pusher
5. Remove glue residue from your nails with a file

DO NOT RIP OFF, If you are still having trouble removing them, use these tips:

• When pushing the press-on nail off, when it starts to lift reapply oil under the nail.
• If the water has cooled down, get some more warm water or warm it back up.
• Soak your nails for longer.
• If you are removing sticky tabs and there is some residue, use a pen to press up to the sticky tab then continuously twist the pen. Eventually, the sticky tab will catch to the pen and it will come off.

• Customers are responsible for any customs duties and taxes that may occur outside of the UK.
• It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the correct shipping information has been included and that their country’s customs can accept my products.

• This depends on where you are buying from as I am based in the UK.

• EILUJO is NOT responsible for WRONG nail measurements & sizes. Please ensure that you measure your nails correctly.

REFUNDS

• EILUJO does NOT offer returns, refunds or exchanges once you have paid due to each order being custom and due to health and sanitary reasons.
