This membership includes access to;
- Gym facilities
- Group classes (additional fee applicable & depends on availability of slots)
- Personal training sessions (additional fee applicable & depends on availability of slots)
Cancellation Policy
The Member may cancel this Agreement by providing notice. Any fees paid will not be refundable.
Automatic Renewal
This membership will automatically renew at the end of the term, provided the member has paid the fee due.
Membership Freeze
6 month and 12 month memberships may request to freeze their memberships. 6 months - 30 days freeze allowance. 12 months - 60 days freeze allowance. Minimum notice period for freezes is 3 days. Minimum freeze period per freeze is 5 days
All other members can not request to freeze their membership.
Liability Waiver
The Member acknowledges that they are participating in physical activities at their own risk and releases Freak Mode fitness trading as Evolve Fitness from any liability for injuries.
Transferability
Memberships are not transferable to another individual.
Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of Fiji.
Disclaimer of Responsibility for Personal Belongings
The gym shall not be liable for any loss, theft, or damage to members' personal belongings. Members are advised to secure their valuables and to use designated storage areas.
By using the gym facilities, the member acknowledges that he/she assume all risks associated with their personal items and release the gym from any responsibility for such items.
