This subscription includes access to;
- Gym facilities
- Group classes (additional fee applicable & depends on availability of slots)
- Personal training sessions (additional fee applicable & depends on availability of slots)
Cancellation Policy
The user may cancel this agreement by providing notice. Any fees paid will not be refundable.
Automatic Renewal
This subscription will automatically renew at the end of the term, provided the user has paid the fee due.
Subscription Freeze
6 month and 12 month subscriptions may request to freeze their memberships. 6 months - 30 days freeze allowance. 12 months - 60 days freeze allowance. Minimum notice period for freezes is 3 days. Minimum freeze period per freeze is 5 days
All other subscriptions/passes can not request to freeze their subscription
Liability Waiver
The gym user acknowledges that they are participating in physical activities at their own risk and releases Evolve Fitness Pte Limited from any liability for injuries.
Transferability
Subscriptions are not transferable to another individual and/or entity
Governing Law
This agreement shall be governed by the laws of Fiji.
Disclaimer of Responsibility for Personal Belongings
The gym shall not be liable for any loss, theft, or damage to gym users' personal belongings. Members are advised to secure their valuables and to use designated storage areas.
By using the gym facilities, the member acknowledges that he/she assume all risks associated with their personal items and releases Evolve Fitness Pte Limited from any responsibility for such items.
