National Shoe Drive: Join this committee to organize and execute nationwide shoe drives as part of this important initiative, helping to provide footwear to vulnerable youth those in need.LADES (Leadership and Development Empowering Sisters): Be part of a team that empowers and uplifts women ages 11-24 through intervention support, leadership training, and development programs. (Full at this time)Training and Development: This committee will focus on developing training materials and programsfor SPEAR volunteers and staff, ensuring effective service delivery and skillenhancement.Data Collection/Research Committee: this committee is dedicated to harnessing the power of data to support the SPEAR Foundation's mission. This committee will bring together scholars, researchers, and practitioners who are passionate about data’s role in advancing social impact. Members will focus on collecting, analyzing, and reporting data that underscores the foundation’s efforts, particularly through the production of comprehensive data reports and quality white papers. These publications will drive informed decision-making and promote the empowerment of minority groups and women. The committee will also oversee a rigorous peer review process to ensure the accuracy and relevance of all research outputs. We seek members who are committed to leveraging data to create meaningful change in underserved communities.Technology: The technology committee is essential: 1.Strategic Guidance: Helps align technology initiatives with the SPEAR’s overall goals and objectives. Ensures investments in technology deliver value and support long-term plans. 2. Governance and Oversight Monitors: IT policies, compliance, and cybersecurity to protect data and systems. Provides oversight to ensure ethical and responsible use of technology. 3. Innovation and Adaptation: Keeps the SPEAR informed about emerging technologies and industry trends. 4. Risk Management Assesses potential risks associated with technology investments or implementations. Develops contingency plans for system failures, breaches, or other tech-related issues.Other
