• New Client Color Consultation Form

    Nice to meet you! :) This form is for hair color. Haircut consultations are done at the time of appointment, unless you would like a separate consult, in which case you can book a consult online or contact me directly. Please understand that I am one person, and I receive many new client inquiries, I try to respond to forms as soon as possible, but worst case scenario it may take up to a week. I apologize for any inconvenience but please be patient, I won’t forget about you!
  • NOTICE:

    I am currently only accepting new clients for creative color or color corrections, and haircuts. If you are unsure if the service you are wanting fits into these categories or not, go ahead and fill out the form and I will let you know if I am the right stylist for you, in the event that I am not going to take you on as a client, I can recommend you to a stylist who is a good fit!

  • Cancellation & No Show Policy:


    To ensure that I can provide the best service to all of my clients, I ask for at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

     
    Please note the following:

    •All new clients booking color will be required to pay a deposit of 25% of the requested service. Deposit is due no later than one week prior to the appointment date, I will no longer be manually sending reminders for overdue deposits, so please remember to pay them on time, or your appointment may be canceled! 

    • Cancellations or rescheduling made with less than 48 hours notice, or failure to show up for your appointment without prior notice, will result in forfeiture of your deposit, or a fee if no deposit was paid, and additional deposit will be required to rebook. 

    •For returning color appointments, and haircut only appointments, you are not required to put down a deposit. However please note, if you cancel wothout proper notice or fail to show up without a deposit on file, a fee of 50% of your booked service will be charged. If you’d like to reschedule, half of that fee can be applied as a deposit toward your next appointment; if you choose not to reschedule, the full 50% will be kept as the cancellation fee. 

    • In addition, two or more offenses of the above may result in denial/cancellation of any future appointments. 

    • In the case of extreme weather conditions, as long as there is communication, I will waive this policy. However if there is no communication whatsoever, regardless of weather conditions, the policy will still be enforced as stated. 

    While I understand that life happens and unforeseen circumstances arise, I reserve the right to enforce this policy when necessary. While I may not always enforce it, repeated cancellations or no-shows may result in stricter enforcement moving forward. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation!
