I acknowledge that I have read this registration form completely and the information I provided is accurate. I have been informed that the event cost invoice(s) and paid receipts/confirmation(s) will come from Lumina Aura Alchemy LLC one of the sponsors for this event. I understand that the deposit of $50 per person is non-refundable, due within 30 days of registration submission with balance being due no later than July 16, 2027 and any payments submitted after April 1st, 2027 are non-refundable. I understand that if my roommate(s) cancel, my rate may change. I understand that all monies must be paid by the final payment date. If my balance is left unpaid, my trip will be canceled immediately and any monies paid will be non-refundable. Prices for reinstatement of trip maybe higher than initial rate and a $50 reinstatement / administration fee will be charged by Travel fairy Travelers regardless of the cancellation date. I acknowledge that my spot is not reserved or being held until the deposited is submitted.

You will recieve an email confirmation of registration along with an invoice with payment link within 48 hours from travelfairy travelers. Please check spam and promotions boxes for email . If you do not recieve within 48 hours please contact Tiffany Hiatt at travelfairytravelers@gmail.com . Upon submission of this form you will be redirected to the hotel reservation page. Where you can reserve your room. A credit card is required to reserve room but it will not be charged until the week of the trip or at check in. No penalty if you need to cancel before then.

Note: If you declined travel insurance you will recieve a travel insurance waiver form, that must be signed and returned within 7 days of deposit submission. Travel Fairy Travelers always recommends travel insurance to protect your investment.
