2025 Silent Auction Donation Form
Thank you for your interest in donating to the 2025 ISPA Foundation Auction! This online silent auction will be held in conjunction with the 2025 ISPA Conference taking place March 11-13, 2025, at The Broadmoor in Colorado Springs, Colorado. The 2025 ISPA Foundation Auction will help raise funds to continue the ISPA Foundation's spa industry and consumer research efforts, and we couldn't do it without generous supporters like you.

Donations submitted by January 6, 2025 will be recognized in Pulse magazine. Once you have submitted your donation form, you will receive a confirmation email. The Auction bidding will take place March 4-13, 2025.

For all non-certificate donations, ISPA will provide high-bidder information to each donor so the donated item can be shipped directly to the high bidder within two weeks of the Auction close date. Terms & Conditions

Before submitting your donation, please read and agree to the following terms and conditions of the ISPA Foundation Auction.

I agree to donate the item(s) as stated to the International SPA Association Foundation. I aree to ship/transfer the item and/or fulfill any travel package or gift certificate requirements directly to the highest bidder. In addition, I agree to comply with the following:
1. Donations must have a minimum retail value of $40.00 (US).
2. Donated certificates must be shipped directly to the ISPA Headquarters by February 7, 2025. All other donation types must be shipped directly to the highest bidder within two weeks of receiving the highest bidder's shipping address from ISPA. ISPA will provide the shipping address of each of the highest bidders to their respective donor within one week of the close of the Auction.
3. All certificates for donations, incuding but not limited to, trips, services, consultations and hotel stays must be valid through at least April 30, 2026.
4. The ISPA Foundation reserves the right to edit item descriptions for length and content if needed.
