Nana's Christmas Sharing invites you to apply for Christmas assistance.

**This program is for children who are in legal custody of their grandparent/aunt/uncle/sibling**

We want every child to have a wonderful Christmas!

Since we rely on sponsors, we may not be able to provide all 3 items on your child's wish list. To help us grant as many wishes as possible, please keep your child's wish list budget-friendly (all 3 items under $100).

**You are required to download your custody paperwork and a utility bill for your application to be processed**

**Children must be UNDER the age of 18 to qualify*

PARTICIPATION REQUIREMENTS/INFORMATION:
* You must live in Cleveland or Oklahoma County.
* You (or your spouse) are the primary caregiver and support for a grandchild/grandchildren/family member
(18 years or younger) living exclusively at your residence. (without the parent(s) in the residence.
* Current updated documents showing you are guardian will need to be submitted.
* Documents will be deleted once verified.
***Applications will not be considered unless they are complete with documentation***

DOCUMENTATION:
If you receive TANF, you can provide an approval letter instead of the documentation below.

If you are not currently receiving TANF, please include:
1. Current school enrollment documentation and
2. At least one of the following (that must include the current address and state with whom the child resides)
* Current custody or guardianship letter
* Current utility bill.
* Letter from church, doctor, or daycare
* Medicaid letter
* Free/reduced lunch letter
* CASA Letter

1) Take clear photos of the required documentation using your cell phone.

2) If you have access to a scanner, scan and upload the required documentations.

3)If you do not have access to a scanner, you can mail the required documentation to Nana's Closet. (Address: PO BOX 891885, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma 73189)

* Current updated documents showing you are guardian or adoptive parent will need to be submitted.
