EVOLVE is a small but mighty organization and relies on engaged Board Members for leadership and governance support. The expected time commitment of a board member is a 1.5 hour board meeting on a monthly basis, and committee involvement and work outreach of the board meetings (1-4 hours a month, depending on the tasks needed). Do you believe you have the time and capacity to serve on the Board? How would you prioritize your commitment as a Board member?
