Use this form if you want to update your LCS Accreditation Folder with changes to your existing programmes
Instructions

Use this form when you want to update your organisation's LCS Accreditation Folder with major changes to one or several parts of your training programme/system.

This could, for example, include changes to the organisation or training function, the geographical or organisational scope of training, updated courses and assessments, the introduction of online learning, significant changes to teaching methods and delivery staff. To add an entirely new course, or a new LCS Level, please use the Level Extension or Level expansion forms appropriately.

Sample documents relating to the changes or additions should be uploaded where indicated, or you can provide a link to online materials. Your existing LCS Alignment Matrix, Levels, Courses, Assessment & Learning Hours Summary and Delivery Resource Capability Assessment forms also may need updating. The LCS can provide you with the current versions of these documents if necessary on the My LCS forms homepage.

If you wish to save a draft, you can do so at the end and return to update it by logging back into your account.

d) If necessary, please provide and updated or new copy of the LCS Delivery Capability Assessments and LCS Trainer Biographical Information. The DCA indicates the relative strength of your staff across the key LCS knowledge levels and can be produced through a staff self-assessment exercise and in accordance with GDPR you should ensure that individuals included in the DCA and Biogs have consented to this information and their personal biographical information being passed to the LCS.
