Tuition & Payment
A non-refundable deposit of 25% of the tuition is required and due upon execution of this agreement. The deposit will be applied towards the last installment, which is due December 1st, 2025. The remaining installments are due September 1st, October 1st and November 1st, 2025.
Should your plans change and you need to cancel playgroup up to 45 days before Fall 25 TOCA starts (deadline August 1st, 2025) no further payment is required (the deposit is non-refundable).
Should your plans change and you need to cancel playgroup less than 45 days before Fall 25 TOCA starts, payment of the first installment (25% of the tuition not incl. deposit) is still required, unless a suitable replacement is found.
Should your plans change and you need to cancel playgroup at any time after the semester started the full tuition needs to be paid, unless a suitable replacement is found.

Payments can be made with either credit card, ACH Bank Transfer Zelle or Venmo. A late fee charge of 5% of the installment amount will be added to payments past due by 15 days.
*** Important note about payments via credit card: Most payment gateways, no longer refunds processing fees; so if you need to cancel, or there is any mistake during registration, one of which would justify a refund, we may no longer be able to refund the entire amount due, unless it's a credit for future use or payment. Standard processing fees are 2.9% + $ 0.30 for credit cards and 1.5% for ACH Bank Transfers.***
