2024 Eric Martin Community Engagement Award Nominations

In January of this year, Oregon Recovers established and awarded the Eric Martin Community Engagement Award to Eric Martin in recognition of his exceptional leadership, advocacy and dedication to uplifting the recovery community.

We are now accepting nominations for the 2024 recipient of the award. Our goal is to honor an individual who not only embodies Eric’s dedication, tenacity and humor but also demonstrates a profound commitment to building relationships within the community to foster support, understanding and progress in the recovery movement.

Award nominees should meet the following criteria:

· at least two years of recovery

· a history of speaking truth to power

· an ability to inspire others through active community involvement, mentoring, and relationship-building

Current Oregon Recovers staff and board members are not eligible to receive the award.
