    How can we put our faith into practice? Join us for our Speaking Peace series as we hear from people working The Peace within our community. We will explore ways we can live out the call to love God and love our neighbors as ourselves.
  • Thursday, October 9th, St. John welcomes Sonja Brannon for "Immunosuppression: You, Me, and We," the story of her harrowing near death experience, personal responsibility, and forgiveness.

    Everything changes for mother of four, Sonja Brannon, when she suffered a massive ischemic stroke weeks after having a mild case of COVID-a9 in July of 2020.

    Come and hear as Sonja shares her experience wtih autoimmune diesease, falling deathly ill, her journey back to health, releaseing her anger and forgiving ther person who exposed her to the COVID virus in the first place.

    The evening will begin at 6PM with a light supper. The presentation will be followed by Q&A.

    Child care can be provided on request.
