• Speaking Peace Series - October 15

How can we put our faith into practice? Join us for our Speaking Peace series as we hear from people working The Peace within our community. We will explore ways we can live out the call to love God and love our neighbors as ourselves.
  • Thursday, October 15th, St. John welcomes Pastor Mark Fisher of St. John Lutheran Church and creator of the Pathways in Compassion, a nursing home visitation ministry that matches volunteers with individuals living in nursing facilities who do not have regular visitors. Pastor Mark, along with some Pathways volunteers, will share their experiences and reflect on the impact and challenges of this important work.

The evening will begin at 6PM with a light supper. The presentation will be followed by Q&A.

Child care can be provided on request.

Registration is not required, but greatly appreciated. Please use the form below.

A free-will offering will be collected.
