Agent agrees that it will originate Veteran's Administration ("VA") loans in accordance with the VA Lender's Handbook and all current circulars and requirements. Additionally, Agent agrees to assist Mortgage Financial Services, LLC ("Lender") in connection with resolving and deficiencies and/or issues that arise after the closing of any VA loans.
