  • TERMS & CONDITIONS


    - A completed sponsorship agreement and full payment must be received by January 1, 2027, to secure sponsorship. Sponsorship benefits begin once full payment is received.
    - If payment is received after January 1, 2027, festival organizers cannot guarantee inclusion of the sponsor’s name or branding on all promotional or printed materials.
    - Payments must be made to the Suffolk Art League by cash, check, or credit/debit card through the provided payment link.
    - Credit/debit card payments may also be made by phone at (757) 925-0448 or in person at the Suffolk Art League, Monday through Friday, 10 a.m.–5 p.m.
    - Sponsors must provide a high-resolution company logo. If a logo cannot be uploaded with the application, it may be emailed in PDF, PNG, EPS, AI, JPEG, or TIF format to ksb@suffolkva.us and suffolkartleage@verizon.net.
    - Sponsors agree to promote the Suffolk Earth & Arts Festival, as appropriate.
    - Sponsors agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Suffolk Art League, Keep Suffolk Beautiful, and their affiliates from claims, liabilities, or damages arising from the sponsor’s participation in the event.
    - Sponsorship cancellations must be submitted in writing by January 1, 2027. 
    - Sponsorship payments are nonrefundable after that date.
