Application for the 2025-2026 Discipleship Formation Program

The Discipleship Formation Program is a year for young Catholics to live in community, to study the Catholic faith with the head and the heart, to develop their personal relationship with Jesus Christ, and to grow in their missionary zeal through evangelization and ministry.
Program Dates
Start Date is Sept 7, 2025
Christmas Break is from December 18th to January 4
End date is April 25, 2026

Tuition
Tuition to attend the DFP is $7500 and covers all courses, accompaniment, training, textbooks, and room & board for the 2025-2026 year. If the tuition is a barrier, don't let that stop you from applying as we can assist you with fundraising and other solutions.

Tuition is 60% of this fee and as a religious school, this portion is considered a charitable donation and an official charitable receipt will be provided after the end of the calendar year.

All responses are confidential and will only be used for purposes of determining your acceptance to the DFP and contacting you regarding your application and enrollment.
