    Once we have this initial overview, we'll connect on a call to review everything together, finalize your quote, and get you set up for success! From there, you'll receive an engagement letter and your first month's invoice, and we'll guide you through every step of the onboarding process.

  • Getting Your Monthly Transaction Numbers

    In order to provide an accurate bookkeeping services quote, we’ll need a list of all the business accounts you use for financial transactions, such as bank accounts, credit cards, PayPal, or e-commerce platforms. 

    To help you find your monthly banking transaction amounts for quoting purposes, follow these easy steps:

    1. Log into Online Banking: Access your business bank account via the bank’s portal.
    2. Navigate to Transactions or Statements: Look for 'Transactions,' 'Account Activity,' or 'Statements.'
    3. Select Date Range: Choose the date range of transactions you'd like to export.
    4. Export as CSV: Find 'Download' or 'Export' options and select CSV format (compatible with most accounting software).
    5. Download and Check File: Ensure it opens correctly in spreadsheet software like Excel.
    6. Find Transaction Summary: Identify total deposits and withdrawals in the statement.
    7. Calculate Average: Repeat for 3 months to get a more accurate average.
    8. Multiple Accounts: Repeat for all business accounts. applicable.

  • Annual 1099 Financial Reporting: Annual reporting keeps your business compliant, reveals key financial insights, and simplifies tax preparation. It’s a proactive step to strengthen your business, avoid penalties, and make informed decisions for growth.

    • Unlike W2 employees, contractors don’t have taxes withheld, so companies must send a 1099 form at year-end. We offer this service at an additional cost of $20 USD per contractor, separate from your monthly bookkeeping invoice.

  • Please note that these are one-time fees, that would be invoiced separately from your monthly bookkeeping fees. They are not included in the ongoing monthly service charges.

    To provide the best solution for your setup and support needs, we’ll discuss a customized quote during our initial meeting. In this consultation, we’ll assess your specific requirements and create a tailored package, ensuring you pay only for the services that truly benefit your business.

    Bookkeeping CLEANUP: If your financial records need organization, our bookkeeping cleanup service will review and organize your data to ensure accuracy and compliance. This service is customized to fit your unique needs, with quotes provided based on the scope of the project.

    Bookkeeping CATCH-UP: If you're behind on your bookkeeping, we offer a catch-up service to get your financial records current and accurate, ensuring your business remains on track. Pricing is customized, with quotes tailored to the specific needs of your business.

  • Please note that these are one-time fees, that would be invoiced separately from your monthly bookkeeping fees and are not included in your ongoing service charges.

    Should you choose to proceed with clean-up or catch-up services, a 50% deposit is required before we begin. Further details regarding this process will be discussed during your initial insights meeting.
