  • TERMS OF SERVICE

    Before submitting your commission request, please take a look at the following guidelines:

    -First come, first serve

    -Full payment upfront

    -I have the rights to refuse any order for any reason (I will send a refund of your payment)

    -Free revision!! But i will not do big changes (pose, hairstyle) once you give greenlight to the sketch

    -Also any mistakes made on my behalf (ex. misread description, missed a detail, etc) I will correct free of charge

    -It usually takes a week (or even a day on some occasion) for me to finish an art but give me maximum a month to finish! (If it takes longer, please hit my email. I can send you a refund if you choose to cancel the order)

    -Use my art for personal use only! Commercial/Nft/crypto/AI use are STRICTLY prohibited.

    -You can edit the art if there's something that I miss (or you could ask me to edit it for you)

    -Try to use simple English or Indonesia so I can understand you correctly

    -Due to personal reasons I will be using Email and not DM to update you with your order(s) so if you had any question(s) feel free to hit my Email!

    -If you want to see any WIPs of your order after sketch confirmation feel free to ask through Email but please do not ask for process everyday or rush me!

    -I don't know if anyone would worry about this, but I will mention here just in case. LGBTQ+ is A-OK. Anssu is not homophobic, as Anssu is quite obviously a homo themself. Thank you.

  • Hi! I would appreciate it if you can send the payment directly using Wise!

    While I do have Paypal, it is not the best app for me to receive payment since the conversion rate are :( And needed 3rd party service for me to actually receive the money since it cannot detect my bank for some reason... So I hope you understand!
