Mission for Campaign Manager

To create and maintain an outreach system for sending regular cold emails that attract new clients every month.

Responsibilities 📋

Conduct daily maintenance of launching and managing campaigns.

Manage our complete Instantly campaigns.

Consistently perform A/B testing to improve campaign performance.

Continuously improve the system for better efficiency.

Ensure quality control of leads.

Do lead sourcing to ensure enough volume has been sent.

Coordinate with our appointment setters to improve the appointment booking rate.

Attend weekly Lead Gen meetings with the team, reporting on weekly data.

Resolve any project-related issues quickly and efficiently.

Support our clients with questions related to cold email, enabling them to implement the process successfully themselves.

Update SOPs when new tasks are introduced or improvements are needed in the process.
