How did you hear about me?

I understand that the 30-minute consultation fee is $50 and that my appointment will be secured with a credit card on file through the salon’s booking system. The consultation fee is paid at checkout after the consultation; my card is only used to reserve the appointment. This fee will be applied toward my purchase if I choose to move forward. I also understand that a minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel, and if I do not provide that notice, a $50 missed appointment fee will be charged to the card on file.
