Terms & Conditions – गौ अमृत Subscription / Trial for East & West Delhi
Swarn Kapila Organic Dairy Farm

By submitting the गौ अमृत Subscription / Trial Form, I, {yourName}, confirm that I have read, understood, and agree to Terms & Conditions of Swarn Kapila Organic Dairy Farm.

1. Delivery & Packaging
• गौ अमृत will be delivered on every alternate days in the evening, hygienically packed in reusable glass bottles.
• For best quality and freshness, customers are advised to empty the milk within one hour of delivery.

2. Billing & Payments
• For monthly subscriptions, the invoice will be issued on the 1st day of each month and shared via WhatsApp or registered email.
• As this is a subscription-based service, all payments are to be made in advance.
• Each invoice carries a clearly mentioned due date, and customers are requested to complete payment on or before the due date.

3. Pricing & Discounts
• Discounted subscription pricing is applicable only if payment is received on or before the invoice due date.
• Payments received after the due date will be charged at the MRP as mentioned on the invoice, without discount.

4. Delivery Skips & Pauses
• Customers may request to skip delivery up to two times per month, subject to a maximum of two (2) days in total.
• Skip requests must be communicated in advance through WhatsApp by/before 6:00 PM a day before.

5. Bottle Return & Care
• Empty, rinsed glass bottles along with caps must be returned to the delivery personnel the following delivery day.
• In case of loss or damage to the bottle caused by the customer, a replacement charge of ₹90 per bottle will be applicable.

6. Contact & Access Information
• Customers are requested to provide a home/alternate contact number to ensure smooth delivery in case of access or communication challenges.

7. Mode of Payment
• Payments can be made via any UPI application to our official mobile number: 8076770720.
• A QR code for payment will be displayed on the subsequent page.

These Terms & Conditions are subject to change at the discretion of Swarn Kapila Organic Dairy Farm, with prior communication where applicable.
