WHAT WE DO
Executive Leadership Northeast (ELNE) began in 1985 as a community orientation program for key executives and their partners who have recently moved into NEPA or into an executive position, and those who would like to get re-acquainted with the NEPA community.
HOW WE DO IT
ELNE is held at varying locations throughout NEPA in order to showcase the variety of options in our region. Sessions include entertaining and informative presentations on topics such as local history, recreation, economic development, volunteer opportunities, and more.
WHY WE DO IT
- To integrate relocated or newly appointed executives and professionals into the community and challenge them to become involved in regional activities
- To create opportunities for interaction with key local decision-makers and business leaders and learn about area history, government, business environment, educational institutions, and cultural offerings
- To provide connection and network opportunities for all participants with other executive-level professionals
- To encourage retention and investment of our leading talent in Northeast Pennsylvania, and showcase the very best of what this region has to offer
