After you have sent in your request, you will get a reply back that we have received it (please allow us 1-4 days to get your confirmation to you, a real person will be sending each response!). Once you get your confirmation, hang tight with us while we organize and look through all requests. Following your confirmation email, please allow at least 10-14 days for an additional response. Everyone who sends in a request will receive a reply email back! If your project is chosen, we will email over an appointment date/time to you after we have gone through requests. You will have 3 days from the date of the email to confirm the appointment time. When you have emailed back to confirm, we will then send you a booking fee invoice to lock in your appointment. Your invoice will have a due date to be paid by.*If your booking fee is not paid by its due date, your appointment time will be up for grabs. A booking fee MUST be paid for all appointments. If you have not paid a booking fee, your appointment time isn't locked in.

Once you have finished and submitted your questionniare form, Main Line staff will be replying back to your questionniare (via email) and requesting several photos. Photos will include references for your tattoo idea, location of where you'd like your tattoo placed, and photos of tattoos that your artist has done. We book Seth three months out to ensure that anyone who works Monday-Friday shifts can schedule the time off needed for an appointment.
